Wrapped Up
In a Bow

I am grateful for a restful
holiday, for time with family, and many moments of awe and wonder all wrapped up with a double bow in the end. You cant help but find hope, peace, and promise when a rainbow appears at the end of a storm. Even in these crazy times we are in, there is much to be thankful for. Through our faith, there is always light at the end of the tunnel.

I look forward to reconnecting with all of you over the next few weeks. In the meantime, there is still a lot of summer ahead of us, and with it, more reflections on where we find sanctuary and what that looks like. Sometimes its a place, and sometimes its a state of mind. We have a whole host of spiritual practices to help us find the space we need to reconnect with the sacredness of life.

This Sunday we will be honouring Central Alberta Pride Week. The United Churches in our area will be sharing some
common liturgy as we celebrate our diversity and support inclusivity in our welcoming places of worship. You are welcome to wear the colours of the rainbow this Sunday as we remember we are all beautiful reflections of Gods image.

Peace and joy,
Nancy
