Glynis Wilson Boultbee will be leading a new series of Morning Musings on March 22. The theme will be “Radical Presence: The Healing Power of Art and Art-Making”. Experiencing art and making art may be best achieved if you are fully present. Whether art is created to express something deeply personal or to shine a spotlight on an issue related to social justice, both the art-making process and the product invite the viewer to engage, reflect, and perhaps even be transformed. Let’s examine this idea together. Glynis will bring work from her own studio practice, as well as examples from the work of other artists who cherish the connection between art and healing.
