This meditation course is based on the secular eight week program "Minfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)" created by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. During this course you will develop a daily practice which consists of formal and informal mindfulness. You will try out mindful eating and walking meditation, and learn how practices such as these change the brain.
