Myers Briggs - Part 1 Print

The Myers-Briggs Personality Profiles training workshop will engage the participants in an in-depth and effective workshop focusing on the essential components of understanding diversity through the Myers Briggs Type Indicator assessment.  Our diversity is often the source of great conflict.  As a result, shared understanding how and why we are different, creates an incredible opportunity to better manage the human dynamic of any group.  Objectives:  understanding preferences, heightened awareness of diversity, understanding personal type, utilizing each person's talents, setting learning objectives, and fitting diversity awareness into the organizational culture.  This is a two part course with an introduction on Thursday evening and the main presentation and exercises on Saturday.  Facilitator is Rev. Dr. Fran Hare.
